Let us try to explore a bit about current understanding in area of “FEELINGS”.

So many emotions and feelings are constantly generated within us, day in day out.

As soon as a thought pops up, immediately as we are in AUTOpilot mode, the feelings and emotions too get generated.

If we are NOT AWARE of what is happening WITHIN, it can create havoc within and outside also.

On other hand, when we are AWARE of what is happening WITHIN OURSELVES, we can CONSCIOUSLY process our thoughs, feelings, emotions and RESPOND, rather than REACT.

let us have a look at what is considered as “EXTREME” behaviour when it comes to FEELINGS.

HATE   Using only emotions Using only brain Not using emotions nor using brains     TIT for TAT Neutral   Without getting “carried-away” into any emotions. i.e. using BOTH BRAIN as well as EMOTIONS.     You Evaluate, YOU UNDERSTAND. Then depending on your own-decision Knowingly ignore & forgive even without someone asking for itKnow, say-share, if the-other understands and asks for forgiveness then forgive then.Know, say-share, if the-other DOESN’T understands then decide till which time/events to continue forgive them (without them asking for forgiveness).Evaluate, know, say-share, and if the other person without asking you starts to blame you or takes a REACTION stand (should he be forgiven because of his STUPID behaviour? Or should he be explained according to you what would have been better step?)Know, say-share, try to UNDERSTAND WHY the other person did whatever he/she did – again evaluate if whatever he/she is saying is acceptable to you or NOT, if acceptable, OK, IF NOT then decide what to do further based on your own decision.Know, say-share, and while doing so if the other person asks – WHY ARE YOU EVEN SHARING whatever you are sharing with HIM/HER, then check the intension of the person behind asking this question to you (Is he asking because HE/She doesn’t understands the process you follow? Or is he/she asking because he/she has never been exposed to such a pattern? OR Is he asking because he/she doesn’t trusts you ? Or is he/she asking because he doesn’t FIND it even necessary that you should share or you have that place-in-his-life where you can share-or-say something). Maybe you can answer his question first and then share-say whatever you want to.  And even after sharing, the interaction may / may not be accepted by the other person…The deeper if-and-but it can go.. it becomes a MESS. Therefore learn HOW MUCH DEEP TO GO and WHEN TO STOP.If the pattern of interaction is always DEEP and complicated, either learn and improve to make it short OR DECIDE WHEN TO STOP. MOHA which is  sometimes glorified as “Unconditional-LOVE”   NOT using brain, using only extreme emotion.   Yes TO DO SOMETHING extremely great or going-beyond-oneself, such a extremely “high state” of emotional existence is required.. however it is practically NOT possible to remain in that state forever. & if you try to do so, as per experience it is experienced that, it would be at cost of both parties involved.     Neglect everything and NOT even evaluating anything .. not joining the dots. Not using the brain.   Just an Egoistic behaviour – e.g. “My commitment… I committed to this so……”   Just an ignorant “Moha-bandhan” “My Ambition”…. “My Dream”… “MY Family”… “My Son” … “My daughter” … “My Brother”… “My Sister”….
REACT – without thinkingRESPONDREACT – without thinking.
Well with practicing regular meditation, chintan, satsang, forming good habit we can reach to a level that sometimes “we can build a habit of being in “auto-pilot MODE of AWARENESS” 🙂

A bit about #BALANCING The BALANCE

I am learning how to “#Balance-The-Balance.  While it is easy for me to switch from one extreme to another (-1 or 1, maintaining a ZERO or Natural state is what I am trying to achieve. Yes while I know that “always being in the NEUTRAL State” can also lead to more issues… and as per prakruti I anyways keep fluctuating between these line… self evaluating my actions, thoughts, emotions, behaviour and so on…

I try to pen down my limited understanding about what so-far I have understood from my life’s journey.

& Since it’s a journey, this understanding will evolve further and the list may change too…

Anything in EXTREME is POISION. So even though just as for example I have shown the two extremes with a +ve and -ve number, it number with +10000000000000000… is still a NEGATIVE in terms of “Balancing-the-Balance”
