WE LIVE in OUR BODY. it is a MUST and a RESPONSIBILITY to take care of our body.

A MAINTAINED and HEALTHY BODY is a SIGN of STRONG MIND and BALANCED PEACEFUL SOUL

We have four dimensions to the BODY that we live in –> Emotional, Mental, Physical, Spiritual

In today’s world, where is time to EXCERCISE ? Further we have surrounded ourselves so much with physical comforts that we can get anything at click of a mouse-button or easily available at our finger-tips. 🙂

Further, because of our life-style and misunderstanding about “true-value of living life and our being” we tend to create a lot-of-stress within us.

So in Today’s time, taking care of our body, the ONLY HOME which our SOUL has, becomes so much of a necessity.

Question then is –> When ENOUGH is ENOUGH? What defines level of OBSESSION when it comes to taking care of our body? How to take care? Which aspects to take care?

ZERO GYM, no exercise, no meditation, no reading, no recreation Balanced way of maintaining healthy body. * Doing exercise two or three days a week.
* Daily meditation. * Weekly reading. * Recreation and hobby development
DAILY long hours of exercise, become obsessed with BODY and outer beauty, instead of TOTAL inner reflection of mind, emotions as well as body.
AALSI
LAZY
DISINTERESTED

They find PROBLEM and EXCUSE in any & every situation
They are
(1) BALANCED
(2) CONSISTANT
& REGULAR
(3) have FOCUS on the JOURNEY and EFFORTS
(4) They do not expect IMMEDIATE or quick RESULTS
(5) They dont give up.
(6) They do PDCA – Plan-Do-Check-ACT and constantly , consistently, slowly improve their journey
OVERACTIVE & OBSESSED
HYPER
INCONSISTANT

Start-something in enthusiasm and then leave it within few days.

#Balancing the Balance

I am learning how to “#Balance-The-Balance.  While it is easy for me to switch from one extreme to another (-1 or 1, maintaining a ZERO or Natural state is what I am trying to achieve. Yes while I know that “always being in the NEUTRAL State” can also lead to more issues… and as per prakruti I anyways keep fluctuating between these line… self evaluating my actions, thoughts, emotions, behaviour and so on…

I try to pen down my limited understanding about what so-far I have understood from my life’s journey.

& Since it’s a journey, this understanding will evolve further and the list may change too…

Anything in EXTREME is POISION. So even though just as for example I have shown the two extremes with a +ve and -ve number, it number with +10000000000000000… is still a NEGATIVE in terms of “Balancing-the-Balance”
